We absolutely loved our stay in this hotel. The location in the Tuscan hills was stunning, and the view from our room was breathtaking. The infinity pool was beautiful and the hotel facilities were top-notch - the recently renovated bathroom with the luxurious rain shower was a particular standout.
Nothing, all great.

Wow, what a magical place! The staff were amazing, always friendly and willing to help with anything we needed. The view from our room was breathtaking and the pool area was clean and serene. We loved the fact that most of the food served was grown on/near the property, making it super fresh and tasty. We had a great time relaxing in the spa, taking in the view from the large jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and shower. We highly recommend this place for couples, friends or even solo adventurers.
Although the room was beautiful, the air conditioning seemed to be struggling so it got very hot in the room at times. , the breakfast buffet was not great, which was a bit disappointing.

The location of this hotel is stunning, immersed in nature and about a half an hour's drive from the city. the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering to help with luggage and providing insight into the history of the building. the King room is tastefully decorated with high visible wooden beams and includes exclusive amenities such as a nice shower and great air conditioning.
Although the room was lovely, some minor maintenance issues were present around the pool area with overgrown grass visible in places. A few more sun loungers could have been provided as well.
